About the Team

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Peakon Employee Voice team to drive business growth for our ASEAN territory.

Peakon is an employee success platform that converts feedback into insights we can put to work. It makes the employee conversation quantifiable and actionable to increase employee engagement – not simply measure it.

About the Role

This is a newly created role and our first seller to market Peakon Employee Voice solutions across ASEAN markets including Singapore, Malaysia which means lots of uncharted territories with massive growth opportunities. We have existing clients using our Peakon solutions in this region which provides ready credentials to showcase.

It is a consultative enterprise sales role that helps organisations lead a more engaged and empowered workforce. Appreciate the power of data and analytics and the role it plays in providing insights into what drives a company’s employees engagement.

You will actively participate in the formulation and execution of “Go-to-Market” strategy to acquire net new logos to grow the business. Own the end-to-end sales cycle and build strong pipelines to exceed quarterly revenue quota.

Workday’s solutions are positively disrupting the industry and redefining how businesses operate and make decisions in today’s constantly evolving global market. We sell software that can impact some of today’s biggest brands!

About You

You are a self started with stellar sales track record for SaaS/ cloud transformation solutions to C-suite decision makers. Currently, selling net-new solutions to medium to large enterprises.

  • Savvy in identifying customer problems and propose comprehensive solutions for their needs.

  • Ability to conduct online product demonstrations to build impact in customer evaluation processes; demonstrating to the value proposition and customers’ expectations.

  • Strong use of insights and data to drive decision making in the sales process.

  • Experience leading a team through sophisticated, strategic, sales cycles by orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support

  • Experience in selling to senior HR executives is desirable
