About the Team

As a member of our diverse and skilled North America Solution Consulting team, you will have the opportunity to communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday’s applications to prospects and customers alike. It is this team’s job to bring the value of Workday solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed. Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business.

About the Role

Workday is looking for an outstanding Enterprise Architect to be a part of our Office of the CIO (oCIO) Solution Consulting team supporting and promoting the selling engagement through demonstrations of Workday technology. This is your chance to represent and sell the next generation of ERP cloud applications. Through interactive discoveries, you will analyze an organization's existing application landscape, then demonstrate how Workday's Solutions can address the customer’s requirements and solve their strategic business concerns. Demonstrations will focus particularly on Workday's unique architecture and offerings, showing how Workday solutions are built to be easy to use, secure, integrated with existing IT applications, and always innovative.

Not only will you have the opportunity to position some of Workday’s core products to current customers, you will get to enable the larger sales and solution consulting organizations to support new customer platform deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Articulate the value of Workday's native Analytics capabilities, such as People Analytics and Prism Analytics

  • Help customers understand Workday's innovative AI and ML capabilities.

  • Build trust and meaningful relationships with senior level executives and decision makers at Workday customers.

  • Demonstrate SOAP/REST based integration patterns.

  • Understanding and communicating the Security, Data Privacy, Performance and Support aspects of the Workday SaaS offering. Things like SOC2, SLAs, DR and GDPR.

  • Create product demonstration and presentation content, and enable Solution Consulting and Sales around technical aspects of Workday acquired solutions.

About You

Digital Solution Consulting will invest in you by helping build skills such as:

  • Domain expertise and experience in HCM and cross ERP functions.

  • Strong presentation skills -– including focused software demonstration techniques, sales messaging and storytelling.

  • Industry experience with various internal and external partners, with a focus on the Chief Human Resources Office (CHRO).

  • Problem solving skills to address prospect concerns and requirements and craft creative solutions.

  • Value based selling (value led approach) in a Presales / Sales Consulting environment.

  • Strong technical and industry knowledge to assist with solutioning and problem solving.

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, working across various lines and business and partners to achieve positive customer outcomes, to become a trusted advisor and standout colleague both internally and externally.

  • Ability to travel ~30-50%.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 years minimum work experience demonstrating proven initiative and committed results, preferably in HR/HCM tech domain.

Other Qualifications

  • Pre-sales / Consulting experience with HCM enterprise business solutions a plus.

  • Business fluency in English; Additional languages is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or a local equivalent experience).

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $89,300 USD – $134,000 USD
