Solutions Enablement is an organization within our Emerging Services practice. Our mission is to enable customers and our services ecosystem to adopt Workday products and solutions in the most effective and efficient manner and with the highest quality to ensure lasting customer success.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about solution optimization and the successful, ongoing adoption of new features by Workday’s Supply Chain Healthcare customers. The Solutions Lead will:

  • Collaborate with Healthcare Services and Delivery, Customer Success, Customer Enablement and Spend Management Product teams

  • Coordinate consolidated product improvement feedback from production customers

  • Drive Supply Chain strategy and content development for customer facing enablement programs

  • Collaborate with Customer Enablement to identify new or enhanced service offerings

  • Drive prioritization and delivery of end-to-end Supply Chain solutions

  • Coordinate cross-organizational responses to critical product bugs

  • Communicate solutions and product improvements to the Healthcare and Education & Government Customer Success teams.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of demonstrable supply chain deployment experience or 6+ years managing supply chain for a Healthcare organization

  • 3+ years deploying or supporting Workday Supply Chain for Healthcare

  • Ability to travel up 50%-60% under normal conditions. Please note that non-essential travel has been suspended at Workday until further notice due to COVID-19.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple partners across a diverse organization

  • Capacity to consolidate and prioritize input from multiple sources.
