About the Team
Workday Integration Cloud is the driving force behind Workday’s seamless integration and scalability across the global SaaS ecosystem, serving as the system of record for HCM and Finance. This platform facilitates billions of integration transactions annually, bringing essential third-party data into Workday’s core, which is crucial for driving key business processes and UI transactions for our customers.

About the Role
We are completely revolutionizing the Workday integration strategy and have created an exciting opportunity to amaze Workday customers and the partner ecosystem with new capabilities that will drive their businesses forward. Our Product Management team is growing, and we are seeking a Manager, Product Management with proven experience in Product Management and technology platforms, and who is passionate about evolving technology to meet the needs of a rapidly changing and growing industry.
Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of highly skilled product managers across several functional areas.

Lead through influence and apply strategic understanding of the company and organization's big picture.

Drive Cross-Product Vision: Demonstrate a holistic, cross-product perspective in your decision-making, ensuring cohesive and integrated solutions.

Build relationships and communicate with partners at all levels to understand their strategies and influence decision-making.
About You
Basic Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or an equivalent field.
-
A strong understanding of technology platforms and the ability to engage in technical discussions, navigating complex and ambiguous problem spaces to successful outcomes.
-
A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable managerial experience leading and developing product management teams.
-
5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience within a SaaS platform environment.
Other Qualifications
-
Experience in bringing new AI solutions to market from ideation through to delivery.

Experience with industry-leading iPaaS and developer platform offerings.
-
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal, with strong executive presence.

The capacity to independently design features and define detailed requirements when necessary.

Knowledge of Workday's product stack, including Business Processes, Integration, and Workday core technologies.
