About the Role
At Workday, Solution Consultants are responsible for partnering with the partner companies and delivering product demonstrations and enablement to highlight the value of Workday's platform as a true business decision making solution.
In this role, you will improve your polished presentation abilities, collaborative presales experience, and your Human Capital Management expertise to articulate and differentiate Workday's value for the oCHRO. You will work with sales, marketing, value management and other team members to expand the value for our prospects and existing customers.

About You
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the purpose of building up the HCM business through partners working closely with them, the successful candidate will be expected to lead the pipeline building, deal progression, collaboration with the partner companies, and closing the deal together with them.
This role will also support marketing activities in the Region and work with the CSM to support existing customers as needed.

The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.

To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training.

To contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.

Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.

To assist sales in the response to RFPs.

Skills/Experience Required
To maximize business, the following skills are required

Previous HCM presales experience or equivalent practitioner work experience
-
Human Capital Management experience working with C-Level clients.

Sophisticated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and apply technologies to address business challenges.

Deep knowledge of HCM processes including Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Time Tracking etc.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-
Team oriented with excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
-
Independent self-starter able to work optimally with minimal direction.

Previous HCM presales experience or equivalent practitioner work experience.

Ability to travel 40%.

Native Japanese and Business Level English communication skill preferred
