About the Role
In this role it will be your chance to demonstrate the product, and the value of, next generation of Enterprise Cloud HCM Applications for existing clients in our fast growing Dutch region of which many consist of AEX companies and many other fast growing companies.
Workday’s contemporary technical foundation and delivery model requires creative, passionate and compelling presales professionals to reflect the unique nature of the platform.
Primarily provide pre-sales support for the development and sales of Workday’s HCM solution for the Netherlands
Use of in-depth product knowledge to provide functional and technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations
Assist marketing with events and webinars
Articulate the value and expanding adoption of the Workday platform to different audiences / C-Levels
Highlight the advantages of the Workday Cloud architecture over legacy solutions and other cloud systems
Stay up-to-date and provide feedback on feature designs, product roadmap and development progress for areas of product responsibility
Continuously learn and grow your knowledge of Workday’s product area
Candidates interested in joining the Workday presales team should have experience with supporting organizations in the transformation to a cloud digital backoffice (with a strong focus on HCM), industry experience (preferably in Professional / Business services and/or Financial Services and/or Media/Tech) and have a great “stage presence”.
Experience in a HCM Software presales role or as an HR professional with an interest in Software or in implementing HCM software solution
Learning agility – you will receive a structured onboarding
Strong presentation and communication skills and the ability influence C-Level Executives
Interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality
Required language proficiencies: Business fluent in Dutch and English;
