About the Team

Workday has formed a high-performance Revenue Operations organization to steer us toward our goal of growing from $4B to $10B in revenue. The RevOps Program Management Office is a key player in fueling this growth, by providing program management support and portfolio management across services, marketing and sales. This team will help to ensure that Workday’s go-to-market functions are aligned and focused on the highest priorities to support Workday’s growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Program Manager to join the Workday Revenue Operation team.  The Program Manager is a highly visible role requiring extensive interaction and collaboration across Sales, CX and Marketing as well as other groups at Workday including potential Enterprise wide strategic initiatives that support our go-to-market teams.  These programs often require close coordination with many different participants across all of Workday.   We need a self-starter who will be comfortable working across teams to manage assigned programs.

About You


  • Manage complex, multiple, enterprise wide programs

  • Identify and escalate conflicts and be able to manage trade-offs in scope

  • Effectively communicate with senior management on decisions that impact Project or Program

  • Drive process optimization and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Effectively communicate with cross functional teams 

  • Plan and ensure project execution is well within (sometimes aggressive) timelines.

  • Partner with key stakeholders and other program managers involved in new programs including representatives from Services, Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, HR and Business Technology

  • Work closely with Revenue Operations leadership to ensure readiness of go-to-market community for roll out of new programs or processes

  • Create internal facing collateral to support program roll out

  • Apply knowledge and best practices to design, document, measure and evaluate business processes and policies required to meet organization and program objectives

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project deliverables, goals and milestones

  • Create alignment and drive consensus with key stakeholders and internal teams in the development, refinement and implementation of new programs

  • Drive decision making across the various teams

  • Proactively manage changing priorities as required



  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of project/program management experience

  • Comfortable with ambiguity 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead structured meetings

  • Strong problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills

  • Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment

  • Ability to work independently, multi-task effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with general direction and guidance

  • Experience in managing enterprise wide projects

  • Experience leading and participating in cross-functional projects

  • Capable of translating complex issues into simple terms to facilitate discussion and decision

  • Able to identify relationships between programs and determine impact to other programs

  • Complex problem solver

  • Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills to Senior Leadership

  • Strong interpersonal skills  and capable of building strong relationships across multiple teams and time zones

  • Able to drive collaboration, find consensus and influence multiple teams

  • Customer Success experience a plus

  • PMP or other Project Management certification preferred
