About the Role

The Professional Services Recruiting Consultant/Sr. Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s Recruiting and HCM solutions for our Diversified Industries customers.

We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative consultant to join our team. In this role, you will successfully implement Workday solutions with customers through industry and product expertise. The consultant will take ownership of establishing and encouraging leading practices for all deployments.

The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience requirements gathering, configuring systems, converting data, and solutions testing. You should be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, passionate about results, and able to seamlessly partner with customers and your project team. Be ready to be challenged and have fun!

Note: This role needs to be based in one of the following Workday office locations: Chicago, IL, Minneapolis, WI, Milwaukee, WI, or Frisco, TX as we are working in a hybrid model (50% in-office / customer and 50% remote).

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Become an expert in understanding and implementing Recruiting

  • Provide industry specific perspective for customer business requirements ensuring leading practices are maintained to reflect new industry requirements and trends

  • Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements

  • Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed to checkpoints

  • Participate in regular training to expand product knowledge with each new Workday release

  • Attend and lead events to share experience and solutions with other consultants; acting as a mentor and coach

  • Communicate status to multiple Engagement Managers on different projects to keep them informed of overall project status, risks, and major decisions

About You

Basic Qualifications – P3

  • 2+ years of consulting experience OR 1 full-cycle Recruiting implementation
  • 2+ years implementing Recruiting solutions
  • Technical experience configuring systems, converting data, and solutions testing
  • Requirements gathering, business analysis and presentation capabilities
  • Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian, or similar applications

Basic Qualifications -P4

  • 5+ years of consulting experience OR 2 full-cycle Recruiting implementations
  • 2+ years implementing Recruiting solutions
  • Technical experience configuring systems, converting data, and solutions testing
  • Requirements gathering, business analysis and presentation capabilities
  • Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian, or similar applications

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant working experience required
  • HCM and Recruiting experience
  • Project management experience; ability to balance multiple initiatives and project timelines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Mentoring junior members of team
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Workday Pay Transparency Statement – United States 

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $91,100 – $136,700

 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $86,600 – $157,300
