About the Team

The Demand Process & Practice Architecture team, a part of Revenue Operations, is a team of problem solvers, builders, and doers, who drive impactful change to the full E2E Demand Engine.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic change agent, to join a highly impactful organization.

Responsible for:

  • Full end to end documentation of demand processes

  • Using domain expertise, evaluate existing technology, processes, and practices in order to make recommendations for continuous improvement of Workday’s global demand management ecosystem.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, analyze and report on processes and sub-processes performance, gaps, interlocks, and efficiency metrics across the demand management funnel and make recommendations to key collaborators for ongoing process improvements.

Basic Qualifications
• Shown experience in marketing//sales/demand operations, strategy, or management consulting, preferably in cloud-base software.
• Holistic understanding of all processes and subprocesses which influence the demand generation funnel; from audience acquisition through customer renewal.
• Demand generation domain expertise in a sales or marketing environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to synthesize process frameworks into consumable steps for senior leadership as well as workstream partners.
• Proven record of using data to identify areas of opportunity and present recommendations for improvement.
• Strong understanding of lead generation development standard methodologies for high-growth technology companies.
• Possess experience with Marketing Engagement Platforms, CRMs and Lead Generation Tools.
