About the Role

Half orator, half organiser – you combine inspiring idea pitching skills with the organisational obsession of someone who alphabetises their vinyl collection. You’ll perform a vital role within our sales team developing inbound and outbound leads – via demo requests, emails, and phone calls – into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.

  • Responsible for building pipeline by setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives

  • Identifying target accounts and engaging key decision makers with compelling outreach via the phone, email and LinkedIn

  • Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects

  • Meeting daily activity KPIs

  • Understanding and delivering our unique value proposition for a wide range of industries, company sizes, personas and pain points

About You

This is an ideal role for an articulate, determined, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about starting a career in sales and business development at a fast-growing company, and has a relentless work ethic.


  • A perfect command of German, you’ll be comfortable pitching our Peakon solution to execs!

  • Min. 1+ years business experience (Sales not essential)

  • Ambitious, driven and relentless in the pursuit of goals

  • Solution-focused and proactive mindset

  • Super organised and process-driven

  • Comfortable conversing about management techniques, web technologies, and basic statistics (correlation, regression, distributions, etc.)
