About the Team
Security is of the utmost importance for customers migrating to the cloud! The Security Product Management team defines the strategy for security features and functionality to scale and strengthen our security platform to support all Workday customers with a rich feature set and controls for identity and access management solutions. We also ensure trust among internal systems. We’re growing at a fast pace and are looking for folks with a strategic vision and successful history for delivering sought-after products to market.
About the Role
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Workday’s Senior leadership, Customers, Product Management, and Development teams to shape requirements that drive the overall identity and access management (IAM) strategy and roadmap.

Represent the customer and be data-driven when evaluating development decisions with engineering teams through design, testing and product/feature release.

Identifying platform solutions or enhancements to help tackle customer problems or feedback. Own feature design documents to ensure multiple teams use the solutions.

Gather, prioritize, and define requirements (while actively grooming backlog) into executable epics and user stories for engineering.

Build and maintain a prioritized backlog of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, based on key customer requirements, and persona and use case development.
About You

Basic Qualifications
P4 Senior Product Manager
-
6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or other equivalent role.
-
3+ years of experience with one or more of the following areas: access control management, authentication, or related security technologies.

Working knowledge of common compliance security regulations and standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, FedRAMP, etc.

Bachelors degree in relevant field
P3 Product Manager
-
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or other equivalent role.

2+ years of experience with one or more of the following areas: access control management, authentication, or related security technologies.

Bachelors degree in relevant field
Other Qualifications

Ability to clearly prioritize and articulate product requirements, as well as develop a vision and strategy for area of ownership.

Ability to break down complex concepts and distill requirements that meet customer needs.

Ability to influence, lead, and collaborate across multiple technical and product teams in a matrixed environment.

Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels including customers, executives, and subject matter experts.

Experience with SaaS and/or cloud infrastructure products and services
-
Experienced with Scrum and other agile development methodologies, and general software standard processes.

Passionate about technology and the Security space!

Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The base pay range for the primary location of this job is listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, future potential and internal pay parity. Base Pay Min to Max Range: $157,600 – $236,400
