About the Team
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our newly established team in Dublin, Ireland. This team is dedicated to developing and managing third-party payroll integrations for our clients across various industries. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and launch of integrations that meet our clients’ needs and drive business growth.
About the Role
The Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll team is passionate about delivering excellent experiences to our global payroll customers.
Join our team to build and provide seamless payroll integrations between Workday and external systems! Deliver compelling employee self-service experiences for global employees, develop and grow relationships with external partners, and work on strategies to increase product adoption.

Understand customer needs to define product requirements

Combine functional and operational knowledge to design software that is intuitive and easy to implement and use

Develop evaluation methods and processes to measure product success and find opportunities for further optimization

Collaborate across product teams to deliver cross-platform functionality

Lead a scrum team, with development, quality assurance, and documentation to develop and deliver product features

Handle customer problems and production issues, mitigating functional challenges and improving customer happiness

Conduct meetings and design sessions with external customers translating into product requirements and product vision

Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for integrations and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance

Identify new areas for product feature development by analyzing customer requirements, technology trends, and competitive gaps

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to ensure our integrations remain competitive and relevant

Work with leadership to build product roadmap and priorities
About You
Basic Qualifications
-
6+ years of experience as a developer, implementer, product manager, solution consultant, customer support analyst

Solid understanding of integrations and proven experience of our CCTPP products

Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies

Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision making in product development

Experience with agile product management methodologies and tools

Familiarity with API integrations and technologies
Other Qualifications

Proven ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision

Experience with story mapping techniques and writing user stories / acceptance criteria

Experience collecting, synthesizing, and prioritizing product input from multiple sources – end users, leaders, competitors, market factors, partners, engineering, management, etc.

Ability to empathetically collaborate and build trust with diverse groups such as customers, developers, consultants, and sales

A fast learner who is detail oriented, decisive, and enjoys fast-paced work environments

A BS/BA, MS/MA/MBA degree or equivalent work experience
