About the Team
In this role, you will join the team that is revolutionizing analytics for Workday customers. As a Program Manager, you will be a key member of our global team, that is working with cutting edge technology to build a world-class analytics solution.
Your leadership and guidance will enable the team to deliver product more efficiently, more reliably and with more visibility, while ensuring collaboration and communication across our global teams and shared processes, helping to remove impediments and improve cross-team execution.

About the Role
Provide program management support for strategic multi-team initiatives, including defining structure & tools for communication, tracking & collaboration.
Responsible for orchestrating the product delivery process for the analytics organization as we strive to continually improve our overall execution, efficiency, and predictability.
Support engineering & product leaders to establish plans, manage dependencies & risks, and provide organizational visibility and team accountability to ensure the initiative moves forward at the pace needed.
Assist scrum teams, through coaching & mentoring, to be self-directed with strong decision making, conflict resolution, and transparency.
Implement techniques and best practices in processes & methodology so teams stay aligned and on track to achieve their stated goals.
7+ years relevant experience in enterprise software development and/or program management.
Hands-on experience with various agile & continuous delivery practices and disciplines.
Hands-on experience with Atlassian and other project management tooling (JIRA, Confluence, JQL, Dashboards, Smartsheets).
Experience in problem-solving, facilitation and interacting with colleagues of all levels.
The desire to help others succeed, and the ability to quietly assess when and where to act as needed.
Exceptional relationship-building and collaboration skills.
A high level of organization and attention to detail.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent training skills and ability to work hands-on with teams in an advisor role.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
A keen desire to gain deeper knowledge of technologies and methodologies that may benefit us in the future through self-paced research, learning, collaboration and experimentation.
