About the Team

Workday is looking for an experienced Presales Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management (HCM) expertise to join our CB Team.
If you have deep knowledge of Human Capital Management software and posses software presales experience (or related experience presenting and demonstrating HCM applications to a C-level audience), this is your chance to help organizations improve their business operations and employee experience through adoption of a modern and comprehensive Enterprise Management Cloud.

About the Role

As a Workday HCM Solution Consultant, you will use your in-depth product knowledge to provide ERP expertise to the sales team and the customers.
And as part as customer based team you will also take care of our customers and be a real co-account manager alongside the sales to help the customer with his strategy expanding Workday footprint.Presales are involved throughout the sales cycle from initial qualification, discovery through tailored product demonstrations, deep dives and including executive level presentations. You will act as a trusted adviser to prospects and customers and provide consultation on product capability and value.

About You

Responsibilities include:
  • The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.
  • To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training.
  • To contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.
  • Being a real Account team lead to follow your customers, understand their strategies and help them expand their Workday footprint to support that strategy
  • Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
  • To assist sales in the response to RFIs.
