The role will report directly to the VP Financial Management Product Strategy and will work closely with the oCFO Product organization, Alliances, Sales, Services and Partners.

About the Role

Workday is often deployed as an integral part of a wider enterprise architecture where third party applications are often required to help customers meet the operational, transactional and reporting requirements of specific industries or countries.

In order to ensure that Workday can meet the needs of our customers in an effective and efficient manner, we are growing the number of product-delivered integrations to the applications that we most frequently encounter in the markets we service.

We are looking for a versatile resource who will play a critical role in delivering on this strategy and who will be responsible for creating the overall technical vision to support integrations between Workday and a number of our chosen partners.

What You Will Do

  • Provide supervision and support to the product organization in the development, delivery and customer adoption of Workday delivered integrations

  • Align with Industry Strategists and craft the overall technical vision to support integrations between Workday and partner applications

  • Align with the Global product & Solutions teams to increase localization coverage and lead on crafting the technical vision in support of the delivered product solutions

  • Participate in conversations with chosen ISVs/Partners and own the product engagement & response

  • Become an authority on using Workday Financials with Prism, Planning, HCM and Technologies, supporting industry specific use-cases

  • Deliver Sales/Pre-Sales/Services/Marketing enablement to support emerging ISV integrations & FIN Extend use-cases

  • Provide Product deal support for strategic opportunities 

  • Assist with Partner and Workday Ventures conversations as the need arises

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Solution Architect, Consultant or similar role, with experience delivering solutions across multiple Finance applications and vendors, or with a financial background

Other Qualifications

  • Strong problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, multi-tasking, analytical, and team-working skills

  • Executive Presence and Gravitas – Inspire confidence with customers, prospective customers and key internal colleagues with clear communication and execution.

  • A professional that is able to work with minimal direct supervision, either as an individual contributor or within a team

  • Extensive familiarity with IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud development, engineering and/or software design 

  • Passionate about Workday Financials, with a deep understanding of Financials and other Workday products (Adaptive, Reporting & Analytics, & more). Previous deployment experience from Consultant or Customer SME point of view would be a good fit. 

  • Proven experience with Workday or other enterprise Financial software applications (Workday specific experience highly preferred but not crucial)

Colorado minimum salary: $130,600.00
