About the Team
As a member of our diverse and skilled North America Solution Consulting team, you will have the opportunity to communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday’s applications to prospects and customers alike. It is this team’s job to bring the value of Workday solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed. Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business.

About the Role
This is your chance to engage in strategic conversations and demonstrate the value of next-generation
cloud-based Workday solutions to mid-sized organizations in Mexico. You will partner with our Sales organization as well as Presales Solution Consultants to sell Enterprise Management software to new and existing customers. We focus on how Workday acts as a key enabler of change within a customer’s environment, allowing IT leaders to support the needs of their business stakeholders.You will use presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars as tools to help you produce solutions that combine Workday’s applications and platform, as well as third-party technology, to drive improved business outcomes for your customers. Along the way, you will become a trusted advisor to your clients and to your sales peers. At Workday, we ’re all about helping our colleagues grow, so you’ll teach others how to learn from your successes. Your input will be essential to helping our technology evolve over time.

Esta es tu oportunidad para participar en conversaciones estratégicas y demostrar el valor de las soluciones Workday de próxima generación basadas en la nube a organizaciones medianas en Mexico. Te asociarás con nuestra organización de Ventas, asà como con Consultores de Soluciones de Preventa, para vender software de Gestión Empresarial a clientes nuevos y existentes. Nos enfocamos en cómo Workday actúa como un facilitador clave del cambio dentro del entorno de un cliente, permitiendo a los lÃderes de TI apoyar las necesidades de sus partes interesadas del negocio. Utilizarás presentaciones, demostraciones, talleres y seminarios como herramientas para ayudarte a producir soluciones que combinen las aplicaciones y la plataforma de Workday, asà como tecnologÃa de terceros, para impulsar mejores resultados comerciales para tus clientes. En el camino, te convertirás en un asesor de confianza para tus clientes y para tus compañeros de ventas. About You
- 5+ years of enterprise software, Presales, or value-based selling experience; or 8+ years of working with enterprise business applications in a corporate IT setting
- Existing knowledge of Workday application architecture is beneficial
- Working knowledge of information security frameworks, security standards and guidelines
- Comprehensive security background covering encryption technologies, network architectures, communications security, SAML (single sign-on), oAuth and application level access methods
- Experience with data integration, business intelligence, and/or analytics tools
- Familiarity with Web service integration standards such as WSDL, SOAP, UDDI and JSON
- Software as a Service work experience and/or knowledge of the delivery model and associated characteristics preferred
- Experience with value selling paradigm is a plus
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en software empresarial, preventa o ventas basadas en valor; o más de 8 años trabajando con aplicaciones empresariales en un entorno de TI corporativo.
- El conocimiento existente de la arquitectura de aplicaciones de Workday es beneficioso.
- Conocimiento práctico de los marcos de seguridad de la información, estándares y directrices de seguridad.
- Antecedentes de seguridad integrales que cubran tecnologÃas de cifrado, arquitecturas de red, seguridad de las comunicaciones, SAML (inicio de sesión único), oAuth y métodos de acceso a nivel de aplicación.
- Experiencia con herramientas de integración de datos, inteligencia empresarial y/o análisis.
- Familiaridad con los estándares de integración de servicios web como WSDL, SOAP, UDDI y JSON.
- Se prefiere experiencia laboral con Software como Servicio y/o conocimiento del modelo de entrega y las caracterÃsticas asociadas.
- La experiencia con el paradigma de venta basada en valor es una ventaja.
