The Solutions Enablement (SE) team is an organization composed of Workday’s best product solution specialists. We focus on improving deployment experiences and enabling continuous product adoption from our customers. As part of SE, the Field Readiness Architects (FRAs) are the primary ecosystem leaders who drive solution architecture, high levels of customer satisfaction, and overall implementation success.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, innovative individual who is passionate about the successful adoption of our analytics products to join our team.

The successful candidate will be the ecosystems subject matter authority for the Analytics product line. They will also lead the following FRA programs: Internal Alignment Meeting, Partner Product Lead Program, Knowledge Sharing Session Calls, Product Release Update Certification Program, Participate in Workday major events (Altitude, Rising), plus participate in Partner Escalation Cases. This person will continuously collaborate with the Professional Services delivery teams, Customer Success, Customer Enablement, and Product Management teams to develop new processes and material so our products can be deployed more efficiently.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years deploying Workday Analytics; includes being a lead role, project management role, or in a mentoring role on 3+ deployments

Other Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Ability to simplify sophisticated analytics concepts
  • Ability to facilitate live webinars and workshops
  • Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects and programs simultaneously
  • Ability to travel 10-20% (in normal circumstances)
