About the Team

The Technology, Enablement and Strategic Programs team is part of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) function that fuels excellence and continuous improvement for all of Workday. This team designs systems, programs and enablement that equip all TA workmates to excel in their roles.

About the Role

Partnering closely with internal partners, you will guide the success of TA programs such as Internal Mobility,  Referrals and Skills in Hiring, assessing performance and providing recommendations to continually evolve.  Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Standardizes and manages global programs, policies and processes.

  • Drives innovation in program management approaches and methodology to achieve marketplace differentiation.

  • Identifies areas of high risk and pro-actively takes actions to positively impact program outcomes.

  • Provide program management expertise including, workflows, timelines, documentation, updates and governance.

  • Communications and change plans.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience including strong program/project management skills with experience managing multiple projects through completion.

  • Experience with project management tools.

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience in the recruiting field.

  • Strong skills in recruiting operations management, project execution and strategy analysis.

  • Experience communicating across a diverse group of partners.

  • Creative and data-driven approach to solving problems and confident with synthesizing data and making recommendations.

  • Interpersonal skills with outstanding attention to detail and thorough follow-up.

  • Operational skills with an eye for developing processes, resources that achieve team efficiencies.

  • Experience in navigating ambiguity.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The base pay range for the primary location of this job is listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, future potential and internal pay parity. Base Pay Min to Max Range: $128,400 – $192,600
