About the Team

Workday VNDLY is a cloud-based vendor management SaaS platform designed for procurement executives, talent acquisition teams, suppliers and managed service providers to collaborate on the corporation’s contingent workforce needs. The Workday VNDLY Technical Services team is responsible for the technical implementation of the platform, along with supporting integrations, to help our customers streamline the talent sourcing and acquisition process across a variety of sources including staffing agencies, job boards, and freelance management systems. Workday VNDLY is so easy to use it is short for “Vendor Friendly”!

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in integrating Workday VNDLY with various external applications, including Workday, to support and enhance our customers' contingent labor programs. This role involves leading complex technical workstreams, designing and implementing solutions that align with customer requirements, and ensuring seamless data synchronization across systems. You will work closely within cross-discipline deployment teams to gather customer requirements and implement creative solutions. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and consulting skills to significantly impact how our customers manage and optimize their contingent workforce through our next-generation VMS.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development, OR

  • 5+ years of client facing experience in a technical consulting, requirements gathering, and solution design capacity, OR

  • 5+ years of implementation experience with Human Resource or VMS software applications

Other Qualifications

  • Workday Integration & Workday Studio Certification.

  • Proficient skills with Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, Java, Python, or other integration technology.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Experience in leading presentations and requirements gathering sessions.

  • Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Proven ability to lead integration projects from planning through execution.

  • B.S. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Management Information Systems.
