About the Team

Workday VNDLY is a next-generation vendor management SaaS platform designed for procurement executives, talent acquisition teams, suppliers and managed service providers (MSPs) to collaborate on the corporation’s contingent workforce needs. We develop cloud software that helps our customers streamline the talent sourcing and acquisition process across a variety of sources including staffing agencies, job boards and freelance management systems. We want our software to be so easy to use our company name is short for “Vendor Friendly”.

At Workday VNDLY, our software does all of the work for you, putting algorithms and data science to work in acquiring the right talent (Contractors or Full-time employees) and incorporating dashboards to provide complete transparency of the talent acquisition process.

We are looking for someone to join our team who is eager to learn with a creative mindset, support their colleagues and have fun.

In this hands-on position, you will be part of a team which is key to delivering a great implementation experience for our customers. The Integration Consultant will work closely within multi-functional teams to gain an in-depth understanding of our customers processes and provide solutions for integrating Workday VNDLY platform within their landscape. You will help navigate technical challenges and advocate for standard process solutions. You will support gathering, documenting and configuring the Workday VNDLY platform based on the overall project requirements and provide technical expertise about our integrations.

The applicant for this role should be a self-starter who embraces technology and continuous learning. About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of proven ability with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development, OR

  • 4+ years of client facing experience in a technical consulting, requirements gathering, and solution design capacity, OR

  • 4+ years of implementation experience with Human Resource or VMS software applications

Other Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SaaS applications, SaaS deployment models, and SaaS DevOps.

  • Workday Studio Certification

  • Ability to craft, develop, and deploy functional business process, data conversion and reporting solutions

  • Ability to chip in to multiple timezone projects and initiatives simultaneously

  • Outstanding research skills and resourcefulness.

  • Can work in a fast paced, fast-growth, high-energy environment and deal with multiple high priority activities concurrently.

  • Phenomenal teammate who can collaborate and communicate successfully with all partners; i.e. developers, technical operations, and customers.

  • B.S. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Management Information Systems

  • Proficient skills with Python, Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technology.

  • understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle including integration requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and move to production.
