WP Engine is seeking a Workday Reporting Analyst to join our growing team. This role will collaborate with the Head of People Analytics to support the Talent Analytics function for the organization. This role possesses a solid understanding of all data points and measures pertaining to talent and proactively gathers requirements, synthesizes and helps the business to make evidence based talent decisions.
The day to day.
Presents data in various ways to end users including senior leadership
Works directly with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy reporting solutions that transform Workday data into consumable and useful resources for business leaders
Analyze, report and deliver QBR and quarterly headcount and turnover analysis
Assist with the preparation of the merit process and annual budget process
Assist in the establishment and implementation of TA and DEI metrics and maintain monthly reporting
Maintain system security infrastructure as needed
Perform complex data uploads into Workday using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs)
Customer service oriented with a proven desire to exceed expectations and deliver an excellent experience
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and identify data, metrics and interpretation needed in results
Recommend standard methodologies to ensure optimal use of Workday based on knowledge of WP Engine’s processes and technology
Continuously increase technical and industry trend knowledge by participating in Workday Community and other forums, including on-line discussions, brainstorms, voting, training, webinars etc.

Your skills and expertise.
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, human resources or related discipline or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of Workday reporting experience, including the development of complex calculated fields and at least 3 years of experience supporting the core Workday HCM functional area
Advanced skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Workday Worksheets, Advanced Reporting and Benchmarking.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; attention to detail
Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and a strong sense of accountability
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to achieve most critical business needs first and manage multiple projects in an organized manner
