Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager, Inclusion and Engagement is a role on the Talent, Diversity and Inclusion center-of-excellence team.  This position has responsibility for providing thought leadership and management of inclusion and engagement programs, processes and tools that strengthen our diversity, equity and inclusion practices and foster an inclusive, high performance culture.  Reporting to the Senior Director, Engagement and Inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create programs, materials, and tools for all things diversity, equity, inclusion and engagement in alignment with our Talent, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (TDE&I) strategy.
  • Set framework and provide ongoing guidance, connectivity, tools, resources and support to Colleague Resource Groups in alignment with our TDE&I strategy.
  • Design, implement, and manage inclusion and engagement programs at scale for our colleagues, managers, and leaders.
  • Manage colleague development processes and programs that foster an inclusive and equitable culture in partnership with global Learning & Development.
  • Lead efforts to be recognized as an employer of choice for employee engagement and TDE&I programs by identifying and managing award applications.
  • Partner across the business to highlight the impact of our DE&I efforts in internal and industry reports.
  • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of efforts.
  • Support individual and team development of DE&I competency through consultation, workshop design and facilitation.
  • Collaborate and partner with HRBPs and business leaders to evaluate inclusion and engagement needs and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to manage, nurture and maximize diversity-related partnerships with universities and external organizations.
  • Remain current on DE&I approaches, trends, and guidelines and identify insights that will drive continuous improvement; start to assess and predict needs as the business grows.


  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s Degree preferred
  • Desired areas of study include Human Resources, Organizational Development
  • Additional training/certification in instrumentation, tools or practices desirable


  • 8 years direct experience in the design, development and implementation inclusion and engagement programs; global perspective preferred
  • Recent experience in the area of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I)
  • Program and project management experience
  • Experience using HRIS and e-talent systems (Workday experience a plus)

Knowledge, Skills, Ability Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of talent and DE&I functional areas
  • Proven track record of leadership, sense of urgency, and proactive decision-making capabilities
  • Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and cultivate collaborative partnerships across different business groups and locations
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, drive them to completion and follow up to ensure sustained progress
  • Flexible to occasionally work evenings and weekends in support of programs
