These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.
About PwC ETIC – Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre
PwC opened a new Technology & Innovation Center in Cairo that delivers high quality technology solutions to consulting clients across the globe. The Centre provides a broad suite of skills and services to our clients, ranging from Packaged Applications such as SAP & Oracle, to cyber security, data analytics, custom development and cloud services utilising AWS, Azure and Google, as well as expanding our existing managed services capabilities.
The centre is looking to expand rapidly and we are looking for enthusiastic self-starters with a passion for technology and client delivery to help shape and form this new venture.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily tasks and delivery expectation
As a L&D Managed Services Manager, you will lead teams to provide clients with L&D Managed Services across the L&D lifecycle.
This could include, but not limited elements across the following processes:

L&D strategy, business alignment, and demand planning
-
L&D program lifecycle management – including needs analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation
-
Training implementation and administration project management
-
L&D vendor management
-
L&D technology management (incl. LMS, elearning platforms etc.)
-
L&D analytics, reporting & compliance
-
L&D budget & resource management
Key responsibilities are provided below.
Manage L&D MS Engagements for Clients in the GCC:
-
Lead and coordinate any transition tasks from clients to PwC
-
Upskill team on any required process workflows and technologies
-
Manage the day-to-day delivery for L&D engagements including client interaction and oversight of key customer deliverables / outputs
-
Ensure timely and accurate processing of L&D activities across in-scope L&D processes for their engagements

Complete quality reviews to ensure that delivery on their engagements is inline with established policies, procedures, compliance standards and customer expectations

Hold overall accountability for KPI/SLA compliance within their engagement team across L&D related processes undertaken

Manage your own workload as well as that of the engagement team’s, including reporting on progress and issues escalations

Monitor the performance of team members on their engagements on an ongoing basis and implements appropriate coaching

Communicate effectively with clients and facilitate seamless L&D service delivery and enhanced overall employee experience

Manage risks and escalations in collaboration with client and project leadership

Proactively build relationships with all team members within PwC including engagement with client teams as well as customers of our clients
Drive Continuous Improvement:

Develop and implement ideas to support clients and drive continuous improvement initiatives particularly related to L&D processes and workflows

Assist in the implementation of best practices and new technologies

Implements corrective actions to address any deviations, and continuously improves service delivery based on feedback

Leads quality improvement initiatives based on feedback and observations
Expected Skills:

Knowledge & experience in LMS systems and elearning tools

L&D lifecycle management experience including training needs analysis, learning path & curriculum design, training delivery implementation program management etc.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English

Required Language Skills:

Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in an education field, HR related field, business management / administration or equivalent
L&D related certifications in relevant fields would be advantageous
Years of Experience:
Manager with 4-7 years experience.
Ideally having worked with a large portfolio of people, process and technology preferably with experience serving Middle East or GCC region staff
