Join our Global HR Employee Experience Design team as an HR System Analyst. In this role, you will report to the Director of Global Experience Solutions and be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our HR Technology including our Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP). You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and address HR technology needs and lead the development and implementation of innovative HR technology solutions.

You will be responsible for supporting our stakeholders across the organization by serving as a technical/functional analyst responsible for configuration and optimization of our HR Technology.

Because you are highly technical, process oriented and end-user focused, you’re able to identify problems or risks and develop forward thinking solutions that you can communicate with clients using visuals and language they can understand. You know when to challenge, when to ask for help or when to go above and beyond for success. You enjoy constantly learning and applying new advances in technology for the organization that exemplify and uphold our vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement product enhancements to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Identify, gather, validate, and design solutions that enhance employee experiences and meet both business and end-user requirements.
  • Utilize critical and analytical thinking to build processes and implement improvements that continually enhance the employee experience while maintaining business requirements.
  • Proactively identify, monitor, and resolve technical issues within our HR tools and technology.
  • Stay up to date with advancements and opportunities in technology platforms and apply this knowledge to support ongoing enhancements
  • Prioritize work effectively to deliver successfully.
  • Document processes and procedures to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (in HR Management, Business Administration or similar) or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 1-3 Years of experience in HRIS administration or application support, including 1 year supporting Workday and/or Cornerstone
  • Demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism within data privacy standards
  • Experience with large global organization
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong technical acumen and logic
  • Proven demonstration of initiative and desire to build skills in new areas
  • Solid understanding of data – how to obtain, how to interpret, how to use for analysis and to help drive decisions
  • Solid consulting experience e.g experience presenting, explaining complex functionality to management and end-users

Additional Education and Experience:

– Experience with Learning tools including Workday Learning is an asset

– Experience with Phenom, Cornerstone, Edcast an asset

– Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, ServiceNow or similar applications is an asset

– Experience working in an agile environment is an asset

– Experience with Human Centered Design (HCD) principles and practice an asset

Salary range is expected to be between

$57,675.00 CAD – $96,125.00 CAD
