You will be responsible for managing IT Services, which includes delivery, maintenance, and operations for SAP & Workday Platforms integrations area which includes systems as SAP Process Orchestration, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, etc. The role includes end-to-end service responsibility and service lifecycle management, service continuity management, ensuring systems are compliant with Telia-defined Organizational-Level Agreement, Governance, Risk and Compliance requirements. You will be accountable for the supplier team’s coordination and their deliveries. You will act as a Product Owner for the integration area.
Who we're looking for
You are a proactive and self-driven person with high delivery capabilities and strong Service Management skills. You able to work in a dynamic environment with both business and technology teams. You have a strong sense of ownership and enjoy cooperating with others. You can challenge existing ways of working, see the bigger picture, and are ready to drive change to the end.
You possess experience and best practices managing implementation and operations of various integration solutions. Knowledge of end-to-end solutions in SAP and Workday area is seen as an advantage. You will be successful in this role if you have strong experience working in international teams and the ability to coordinate work among different teams and stakeholders, including suppliers and contract management. Delivery and project management skills would be a big plus. Experience working within ITIL and Agile SAFe frameworks is required for this role.

Monthly salary range for this position: 4200 – 6560 EUR before tax deduction.
