My name is AgnÄ— SokienÄ— and I lead Enterprise Services domain at Telia Company Technology IT Group. Our team of 180+ IT professionals serves 5 markets and 15.000 employees in Nordics and Baltics. We manage over 100 IT technologies, including Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Atlassian, and Workday platforms, ensuring modern employee and corporate solutions for our global footprint.

I am currently looking for a Lead Architect responsible for our IT domain architecture and governance. 

As a Lead Architect, you will…

Develop and uphold a detailed IT domain strategy by integrating technology trends, Telia IT strategy, countries priorities, and unit plans. Represent the department in global Design Authority and at any level regarding Architecture or Solution matters. Guide domain architects in a matrix structure and oversee architecture and design decisions. Work closely with domain architects and managers to propose solutions that improve efficiency, enhance quality, and reduce costs in IT management. Additionally, provide support in the delivery of ongoing projects. Ensure IT solutions risk, security, and compliance adherence within the domain. Maintain and establish architecture practices and governance. Supervise the domain roadmap, which includes both system improvements and business requirements.

Experience in similar roles as an enterprise or domain architect, Strong sense of ownership and self-drive attitude, leadership experience with virtual teams ideally in a multinational company.

Monthly salary range for this position: 7000 – 9500 EUR before tax deduction.
