JOB SUMMARY
- Performs tasks involved in interfacing all reporting systems/accounting transactions into the general ledger for respective functional areas (e.g. ACIS for revenue, A/R, cash, cost of sales and inventory, Workday financials, JD Edwards for all areas, etc.).
- Responsible for proper and accurate recording of all financial transactions within area of responsibility.
- Responsible for maintaining timely and accurate financial reconciliations for respective functional areas.
- Performs research work and interfaces with field personnel, financial analysts and/or management to communicate findings.
- Assists special projects, including the preparation of schedules for the outside auditors.
- Performs other related duties as directed by manager.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Education or experience equivalent to a four year college degree is required.Â
- At least three years related experience is required.
