JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose/Mission of the job

Based in Barcelona or Poland, and working within the HR local team, you will be responsible for providing high quality and timely professional recruitment services to match the needs of our business and finding the right person for the right job at the right time. You will cover the recruitment processes for Iberia, DE&I programs and training.

The main responsibilities of this role will be as follows:

  • Responsible for recruitment processes for Retail store positions as well as corporate interns and contractors, which encompasses line manager briefings, defining a targeted search strategy, and strategic onboarding
  • Ensure a positive candidate and manager experience through a high-quality recruitment process focused on feedback and communication
  • Driving diversity in our slates and compliance in our hiring practices while acting as a strategic advisor to the business
  • Workday user and support: create Requisitions and follow up with the stores. Post the requisition in recruitment channels. Daily Store Support (employee job changes or absences, hiring processes, cleaning data, employee info corrections, ensure SM permits and updated organigramme), ensure accuracy and verified information for WorkDay Audits…)
  • Review the hiring documentation, labour contract ensuring accuracy. Follow the specific hiring process of our main customer
  • Closely partner with our business managers and HR partners to identify and assess the future skills and competencies to lead our organization forward.

  • DE&I and Equality plan in Spain: legal requirement to follow LGD (Law to hire people with disabilities) and work on a plan to ensure with a legally compliance
  • Manage the language training program: annual registrations and follow-up with the provider
  • Community Day organization 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Management, HR, Communications).
  • Minimum of 2 years in Talent Acquisition partnering with key stakeholders and used to a high volume of recruitment processes.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday is a plus)
  • Spanish native or bilingual. Fluent in English.
  • Independent, curious and open minded, proactive, strong sense of ownership, assertive and passionate for high level of client satisfaction
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, able to multitask, to work under tight deadlines and to turn around quickly quality work
  • Strong at MS Office Excel & PowerPoint
