We are now looking for a skilled and service-minded Global Mobility Expert to join our global mobility function team in Poznań or Warsaw. In this role, you will manage assignment cases end-to-end while advising HR and business stakeholders and ensuring governance and process compliance across borders.

Your future team
You will become part of a passionate and dynamic international mobility team with colleagues located in Denmark and Poznan.
This role is highly collaborative and works closely with business stakeholders, global HR-stakeholders, our Group Tax, and local and global payroll teams, as well as external partners and consultants.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for international assignees and their families, guiding them throughout the assignment lifecycle. You’ll manage assignment cases across various mobility types, ensure internal governance and compliance standards are upheld, and keep all stakeholders aligned — from business leaders to external vendors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end cases for short-term assignments (STA), long-term assignments (LTA), and global transfers.
- Acting as the main point of contact for international assignees and their families throughout the full assignment lifecycle.
- Ensuring compliance with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements (e.g., tax, social security, immigration, PWD), escalating risks or deviations as needed.
- Advising HR, managers, and assignees on relevant assignment types, tax and social security implications, and global mobility policies and processes.
- Preparing cost estimates and collaborating with external tax providers to secure salary and tax calculations, bundled fees, and quotes.
- Delivering assignment briefings to employees and clearly explaining the total compensation and benefits package.
- Ensuring that payroll processes are correctly set up in both home and host countries, including accurate Workday updates and instructions to Payroll and vendors.
What you bring
You are a well-rounded mobility professional who thrives in an international environment. You bring a solid and strong sense of ownership, are detail-oriented, and take pride in supporting people during what is often one of the most complex and life-changing transitions in their careers.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in global mobility, international HR, or related roles in a multinational or consultancy environment.
- Solid understanding of international assignment processes, tax and social security coordination, relocation, and immigration topics.
- Proven experience preparing cost estimates and working with external tax providers and vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide clear and confident guidance to HR, line managers, and international employees.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- A structured, service-minded, and collaborative approach to problem solving.
- Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
