About the Role

The People Insights Analyst supports the creation of sophisticated analytics solutions to address organizational challenges. This includes applying data-driven insights to assist decision-making in human capital and talent retention, contributing to informed strategies across different business areas.

The role is also responsible for providing operational support and deliver standard reports on periodic basis as required by the business for operations, regulatory, statutory purpose. Join an exciting team!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify issues and conceptualize analytics projects to address them.
  • Derive actionable insights from large and intricate datasets.
  • Design and deploy dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights
  • Support cross-functional teams in implementing analytics initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Manage data for HR people movements including cross business unit mobility, re-organization etc
  • Maintain Senior Executive data on HRIS in a timely, accurate and consistent manner
  • Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to upkeep data quality
  • Collaborate with HR Teams across Business Unit to ensure data accuracy of complex organization hierarchies and structures
  • Maintain quality in terms of timeliness and accuracy for all transactions on HRIS

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University graduate or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Human Resources Management or related field preferable
  • Proficiency in handling data analytics, data maintenance in HR, preferably using the Workday system. Regional exposure would be an advantage.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Detailed, ability to deal with difficult, critical, and confidential issues.
  • Excellent skill in computer applications such as MS Office (Excel, Power BI)
