About the job

As a Product Owner, you play a crucial role in advancing our HR Information System (HR IS). Joining a dynamic team, you'll focus on Talent Acquisition while collaborating across the full value stream, ensuring one prioritized backlog. This position is a one year  temporary assignment, available in Lund, Tumba, Stockholm, or Krakow, with the hiring manager based in Lund.

Key tasks:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders in HR and IT, bridging the gap between business and technology.
  • Manage and prioritize the team backlog, addressing priorities, dependencies, and resource challenges.
  • Lead and support an Agile development team of Workday experts.
  • Coordinate, analyze, design, configure, test, deploy, and support solutions.
  • Project management of activities and deliveries.

What you know

Extensive knowledge of Workday is required and preferably knowledge in the Recruitment module. Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition as well as all other HR processes is key. Proficiency in technology and business, complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English is a must.
Project management experience is advantageous, along with familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe.
