HR Reporting Analyst

Job Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will act as HR reporting "go-to" person for the entire EMEA region, responding to questions and helping solve reporting problems and needs. You will also manage confidentiality of data by following established security/confidentiality standards. You will have the ability to turn requirements into effective and impactful dashboards and reports that enable information sharing across our organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Focus on ensuring the right types of reports are made available to the right audience.

  • Provide customized reports aligned with the needs of director+ stakeholders.

  • Respond to questions on HR related issues via multiple channels (e.g., e-mail, phone, and case management system).

  • Build effective storytelling to support Arrow/HR strategy & provide valuable business insight.

  • Use of tools to improve visualization of data.

WHO YOU ARE?

  • You already have previous experience in reporting and data analytics.

  • You can work on large amounts of data.

  • Your previous experience with Workday is highly desirable.

  • You are fluent in English, both verbal and written.

  • You are a proficient user of MS Excel, including Power BI.

  • You have excellent communication skills.

  • You have an eye for details and great analytical skills.

  • You are able to work independently and cooperate with remote teams.
