As the Managing Director, Corporate Applications, you will join our Enterprise Technology Team providing vision, strategy, and leadership across Finance and HR systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of Finance & HR Systems. 
  • Lead the strategy, execution, and maintenance of the applications which support our Global Financial and HR processes.
  • This role will collaborate across the organization to influence strategies that support long term business objectives, anticipate tactical needs, and maximize value out of our internal corporate applications.
  • The person in this role will develop and maintain the systems and services, external partnerships, and organizational structure necessary to support the acceleration of our business. Our ideal leader has a deep understanding of Financial and HR solutions in the cloud.

Current applications that are in scope for this role are:

  • Finance Systems:  Oracle ERP Cloud, Anaplan, OneStream
  • HR Systems:  Workday HCM, Ceridian

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience with Oracle ERP, Workday HCM, or similar Enterprise level solution (e.g., SAP). 
  • Experience supporting Accounting & Finance processes.
  • Ideally, incumbent has experience supporting HR processes.
  • Experience working within a large, enterprise organization with mature business and technology processes.

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.

Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
