Job Summary:

The HRIS Integration Administrator II is responsible for the support of the Human Resource Information System (Workday). This includes developing reports, building integrations, administering the system’s security, system testing, and troubleshooting. This role serves as a point-of-contact and subject matter expert for assigned functional areas within Workday.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Partner with HRIS team and business leaders on projects, enhancements, and Workday releases to bring greater efficiency, which includes participating in design, implementation, deployment.

  • Support ongoing process improvement activities to bring greater efficiency to HR technology processes.

  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis.

  • Provide Workday support to end users by troubleshooting issues and providing optimal solutions, resolving complex Workday problems.

  • Review and research Workday new feature releases.

  • Maintain awareness of current trends with Workday and recommend solutions that address business needs focusing on product development, delivery and support utilizing Workday Adoption Planning.

  • Continually increase personal knowledge through training and research.

  • Configure, test, deploy and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal systems or external vendors such as benefit carriers.

  • Create, assign, and maintain Workday security configurations.

  • Analyze, design, and test Workday reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer, BIRT and Studio.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both inside and outside of HR, acting as the analyst and expert for Workday Security, Reporting, and Integrations.

  • Provide direction, mentoring and guidance to other team members for Workday.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field or 4 years’ equivalent experience

  • 2 years' experience in IT field or with Workday integration configurations

  • Knowledge of a programming language

  • Knowledge of Workday integrations, reports and calculated fields preferred
