Atlanta Support Center
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of complex Payroll issues impacting Support Center team members. The position is responsible for creating system generated reports for payroll team audits, gathering, and preparing incoming pay data from multiple time-keeping systems, and importing various time files. This role will also coordinate team training and provide support to Sr. Payroll Analysts.

RESPONSIBILITIESÂ

Prepare, process, and generate Support Center payroll via WorkdayÂ

Audit, review, and reconcile Support Center payrolls on a weekly basisÂ

Process International Payroll on a monthly basisÂ
-
Create, run, and complete weekly audit reportsÂ
-
Enter in any expenses, moving allowances or gift cardsÂ
-
Process various international and garnishment wire requestsÂ
-
Support Sr. Payroll Analysts by handling escalationsÂ

Maintain a high level of customer service through timely response to emails, telephone calls, and SNOW ticketsÂ

Process complex off-cycle payments (Reversals, Overpayments, Duplicate Employee Profile Merges, Final Pays including PTO calculation)Â

Import Various Time and Bonus filesÂ

Assist with research and resolution of complex payroll related mattersÂ

Maintain a high level of confidentiality for all payroll-related itemsÂ

Various projects and other duties as assignedÂ

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONSÂ

High school diploma requiredÂ

Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferredÂ

3 – 5 years of payroll processing experience requiredÂ

Experience with Workday or comparable software preferredÂ

Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesÂ

Strong computer skillsÂ

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot TablesÂ

Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
