As a Senior Analyst of broad-based Compensation, you will help build an innovative, competitive, and cost-effective compensation strategy for Inspire Brands. You will support the development and implementation of scalable compensation programs with a focus on attracting and retaining talent. A strong analytical background and ability to adapt to change in an evolving, global, and matrixed work environment are key to success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Consult with HRBP’s, talent acquisition, and business leaders on a range of day-to-day compensation needs including market analysis for new positions and promotions, job descriptions, and addressing retention concerns.

Support the annual and anniversary salary planning processes including salary structure analysis and maintenance, system and program administration, communications, and salary budgets.

Collaborate on administration of company variable pay programs and processes. Partner with Finance on planning and accrual processes.

Develop cost models and forecast analyses to help inform, influence, and execute business decisions.

Collaborate on compensation system design and enhancement. Conduct audits of employee compensation data and participate in system testing/setup.

Support design and maintenance of job architecture and career level framework, including job codes, definitions, levels, and pay bands/ranges.

Maintains company job description library and administers market pricing processes and tools. Manage salary survey participation and procurement.

Participate in various compensation-related projects and initiatives.

Evaluate current programs to identify continuous improvement opportunities and make recommendations for enhancement. Stay abreast of trends and best practices through networking and research.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

4-year Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5+ years of experience in compensation, analytics, finance, or similar for a large organization.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES

Workday experience is strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of laws and requirements as they apply to base and incentive compensation.

CCP certification is preferred.

Establishes, fosters, and maintains positive relationships with internal and external partners.

Thrives in a collaborative, matrixed work environment.

Strong analytical skills and experience in manipulating and reporting data; ability to summarize and communicate complex information for different audiences including executives.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are paramount.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).

Experience with market pricing tools such as MarketPay.

Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills.

Attention to detail in composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations.
