About The Director of People Success: 

 

The Director of People Success (Human Resources) will play a critical role in leading regional Human Resources business partners that drive organizational performance through people strategies for our North America and European regions. The role requires an experienced leader who believes in creating an environment where exceptional results are delivered, and the best ideas and talents of a geographically dispersed, client-focused workforce come to lifeIdeal candidates will have experience managing multi-geographical HR teams, utilizing data and analytics to create and drive people through strategies leveraging a variety of tools and harnessing strong positive employee engagement to drive performance. 

 

 

Location: Ogden Hybrid or Dublin Hybrid   

 

 
What will you do? 

  • Formulate and execute people strategies that directly support the overarching business objectives of the organization and the region 

  • Work collaboratively with all layers of leadership to synchronize people strategies with the broader business goals of the organization – particularly for our NAMER + EMEA employee base.  

  • Lead and manage a team of HR Business Partners in North America and Europe, providing guidance, coaching, and daily support.  

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Human Resources team and across the business.  

  • Continuously assess and enhance performance management processes to adapt to changing organizational needs and industry trends.  

  • Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from employees and management for policy improvement.  

  • Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies and documentation processes for employee relations management, investigations, terminations, performance management, corrective actions, RIFs, appeals, and business restructuring activities.    

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR Business Partners, regularly reporting on metrics and analytics.    

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, understanding their goals and aligning people strategies to support the achievement of overall organizational objectives 

  • Drive workforce planning initiatives to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right place at the right time.  

  • Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate staffing needs and develop proactive talent strategies.  

  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.  

  • Lead change management initiatives to facilitate organizational growth, restructuring, or other significant changes.  

  • Work closely with business leaders to communicate changes effectively and minimize disruption.  

  • Execute the implementation of performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and talent development.  

  • Collaborate with business leaders to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.  

  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. 

 

 

 

What Will You Need to Succeed? 

  • 8+ years of progressively more complex leadership experience in sales, business process outsourcing, contact center, or staffing industries plus a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree and professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.  

  • Proven experience in a senior Human Resources leadership role, ideally as a Director or Sr Manager, overseeing scaled, regional operations.  

  • Track record of successfully implementing people strategies that contribute to organizational success.  

  • Familiarity with HRIS and technology solutions, Workday experience preferred, and the ability to drive process and system improvement initiatives. 

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align people strategies with company and regional business objectives.  

  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a dispersed regional Human Resources team to deliver exceptional results.  

  • Performance Management: Strong expertise in performance management, development, and retention strategies to build and maintain a high-performing workforce, with an emphasis on multi-geographical compliance and local labor law adherence.  

  • Change Management: Proven experience in leading organizational change initiatives and driving a culture of continuous improvement.  

  • Regional Expertise: Understanding of regional workforce and industry trends, employment laws, and cultural nuances to effectively lead people initiatives on a large, regional scale – particularly in North America and Europe.  

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.  

  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, fostering a culture of teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
