ABOUT THE TEAMÂ
The employee Zone’s (eZone) mission is to offer the best employee experience to all global PSP employees. They act as a preliminary point of contact for all HR queries and requests. eZone supports different HR processes, backed by a team of experts in payroll and data management.  Â
ABOUT YOUR ROLEÂ
As an Intern, Human Resources Operations you’ll: Â

Act as the main point of contact for PSP employees on general HR matters
-
Analyze requests according to HR policies and enter employee movements in the Workday systemÂ
-
Prepare HR memos intended for all employees, prepare letters and other pieces of correspondence to employees, format presentations and translate documents if necessaryÂ
-
Manage administrative tasks related to payroll processing, prepare payroll instructions and liaise with the Payroll TeamÂ

Prepare, update and issue memos on staff movements and any HR information shared on the intranetÂ

Help carry out various projects led by eZone or the Human Resources team Â
WHAT YOU’LL NEEDÂ

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related fieldÂ
-
Ability to deal with HR Policies Ability to learn how to use new computer tools or systemsÂ
-
Ability to work as part of a team, in a spirit of cooperation, and maintain excellent interpersonal relationsÂ
-
Ability to manage several files at the same time without missing deadlinesÂ
-
Flexibility, adaptability and interest in being part of a growing organizationÂ
-
Experience in a Human Resources department, an assetÂ
-
Bilingualism: English and French (Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)Â

Must return to studies after the internship or the internship must be part of your curriculumÂ
