Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Utilizing the Workday environment for at least three years;
  • Supporting and/or implementing Workday Financials, including design, build, and testing;
  • Assisting large companies with improving the performance of their finance organizations, including improving the delivery of finance services, implementing finance technologies, aligning finance strategy with business strategies, streamlining and standardizing finance policies, practices, and processes, transforming the finance organization to be more effective in supporting the business;
  • Good to have Reporting, Contracts to Cash, Record to Report, Expenses, certifications
  • Hands-on experience configuring Supplier Accounts, Supplier Contracts, Grants, and related business processes.
  • Experience helping customers resolve functional issues requiring expertise in the Workday Financials solution.
  • Collaborating on improving efficiency and effectiveness in transaction processing, close and consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, and internal and external reporting;
  • Addressing client needs on project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
  • Collaborating with diverse teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
  • Knowledge on Custom reports, and calculated fields.
  • Knowledge of Workday Security.
  • Knowledge in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
  • Knowledge on using Customer Central for configuration and migration.
