Currently, we are looking for:

Employee Engagement Survey Partner

Employee Engagement Survey Partner supports the Sr Listening and Insights Partner in executing our enterprise (global) Listening Strategy. This role will partner with P&O, HR Technology, and IT to ensure the successful implementation of listening projects (surveys, focus groups, etc.). This role will support the design, administration and reporting of feedback across the candidate and team member lifecycles, leveraging various tools and platforms.

What will you do:

·Manage core team member listening processes such as participant, HRIS, and hierarchy management, translations, user acceptance testing, response updates, and end user support. Create and maintain SOPs.

·Build and implement surveys, including survey programming, testing, user access management, and security – with a focus on data privacy and protection.

·Support insights generation and action through analyzing feedback, building dashboards, benchmarking, action planning, and ad-hoc reporting.

·Support qualitative projects, such as focus groups, through coordination, note taking and reporting.

·Leverage community forums and other external resources for best practices, innovations, and support. Stays up to date on upgrades and product roadmaps for the various tools and platforms in use.

Requirements:

·Proficient in English

·Understanding of data and analytics, ability to understand people data and its relation to survey insights, effective talent management, recognition and engagement

·Intermediate knowledge of Excel including, pivot tables, vLookup, and filters

·Advanced knowledge of Qualtrics and data visualization skills

·Ability to consult, facilitate and interact across function/market areas and with all organizational levels

·Extreme attention to detail and ability to process improve

·Role-Related Experience: Organization Development/Effectiveness, Data and Analytics, Talent Management, Survey Administration & Design, or Consulting. Experience with Workday a plus

·Education: Bachelor's or University Degree, or equivalent work experience

·Role-specific Education or Certificates: Certified Qualtrics Professional would be ideal but not required
