Department Overview
Our division is in charge of human resources (recruitment, training, evaluation, labor relations, HRBP) specific to mobile business organizations. While collaborating with Rakuten Group's head office, the department can provide a one-stop solution for HR issues, planning, policies, operations, and workplace communication to solve problems in a workplace environment (mobile market, store operations, global development environment, and human resource structure).
We organize organizations by area, such as recruitment, training, evaluation, labor relations, and HRBP, and provide opportunities for mutual understanding through cross-organizational cooperation, study sessions, and meetings.
As an organization specializing in the talent acquisition area, we formulate and promote operations such as new graduate and mid-career recruiting, recruitment operations, and recruitment planning and strategy considering business conditions. Although there are many different types of operations, every one of us has an awareness of OPE (Operational Excellence) and is working to achieve greater efficiency and higher added value.

Position Details
Mid-career recruiter for Rakuten Mobile/Rakuten Total Solutions/Rakuten Symphony position.
With tasks ranging from hearing the hiring needs of the CS Division to job creation, population formation, interview handling, offer interviews, and other closing tasks.
Mid-career recruiter will be responsible for the following:
– Hearing of needs to the field
– Creation of Job Description
– KPI management
– Agent management
– Media management
– Interviewing
– Offer interviews
– Candidate follow-up, etc.
*Both Business and Engineering positions will be assigned.
*In addition to the above recruiting duties, recruiting projects at overseas universities, etc. might be assigned.
*In the future, there is a possibility for assigning as a management role in general human resources.
Work Environment
Full-time employees: 7ppl.
Part-Time Employee: 1ppl.
New Grads
Mid Career(Recruiter)
Mandatory Qualifications:
– At least 3 years of experience in recruiting (including experience working for a recruiting agency)
– Recruitment experience using agents/media
– Experience in direct recruiting such as Bizreach/LinkedIn
– KPI management
– Able to work with others to drive the business forward.
– Flexibility to work with others
Desired Qualifications:
– Interest in all aspects of human resource management
– Experience in using Workday system
– Experience in designing systems related to recruitment, such as the establishment of referral systems
