Summary :

The healthcare Senior Application Workday Analyst for supply chain plays a vital role in helping the supply chain team optimize their operations and processes. By leveraging their expertise in SCM, healthcare systems Workday Analysts can help improve supply chain efficiency, accuracy and compliance. You will oversee the technical aspect of the Workday ERP system in Supply Chain ensuring optimal performance. You lead integration of Workday with other business systems and applications. Address complex technical issues, providing solutions in a timely manner.

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday Supply Chain Systems.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute supply chain projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues.
  • Develop and deliver workday training to users.
  • Create and maintain supply chain, purchasing Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Workday features and functionality.
  • Experience supporting process flow, configuration design and integration of complex supply chain management systems.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and other software development.
  • Act as a technology subject matter expert and clearly communicate technical concepts in business terms between and across groups.
  • Responsible for supporting the supply chain team with financial analysis, include compiling, organizing reports and measuring of data/statistics.

Qualifications

  • Education-Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information systems or related field in engineering.
  • Experience 3 years experience working with ERP systems or data architecture work.
  • Certifications Ability to attain Workday certification within 2 years.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Workday integrations and healthcare data analytics.
  • Experience with Workday SCM software or Lawson, strongly preferred.
  • Workday SCM certification.
  • Prior success in roles directly implementing Workday, Peoplesoft, Lawson/Infor or SAP financials.
  • Experience with Inventory management, procurement, strategic sourcing or contract management.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance
  • Category 2: Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties

Work Environment

  • Normally works in climate controlled office environment
  • Frequent sitting with movement throughout office space
  • Use of computers throughout work day
  • Frequent use of keyboard with repetitive motion of hands, wrist and fingers
  • Remote work is available but will need to come in for meetings, collaboration project updates, etc.
