Meaningful Work From Day One:

This role is critical for ensuring the precise and prompt delivery of payroll to our US workforce, with additional support for Canadian payroll. As a Global Payroll Analyst, you'll leverage your expertise to enhance our domestic payroll processes, working closely with senior payroll team members.

What You Can Expect:

  • Payroll Execution: Process weekly US payrolls and support Canadian semi-monthly payroll, acting as backup for other pay cycles.

  • Time & Attendance Management: Serve as the Accutime POC, resolve time-related issues, and support timekeepers using Workday Time Tracking.

  • Compliance & Reconciliations: Manage escheatment processes, reconcile global vendor invoices (Safeguard), union dues, and charitable contributions (United Way/FFA).

  • Workday Expertise: Utilize Workday's Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for mass loads, troubleshoot system issues, and assist with configuration testing and process improvements.

  • Issue Resolution & Support: Address off-cycle payment requests, load garnishment orders, and assist employees and HR partners with inquiries.

  • Documentation & Optimization: Maintain updated SOPs and identify opportunities to streamline payroll and time-tracking workflows.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • 2+ years of multi-state payroll administration experience, preferably with Workday or similar HCM systems (SAP, Ceridian/Dayforce).

  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Union experience and/or payroll certification (FPC/CPP) are highly valued.
