This role is an onsite position at our M&T Plaza location in Downtown Buffalo.

This role provides high-level administrative support to the Head of Corporate Services and the Corporate Services department
Primary Responsibilities:Â Â Â Â Â
- Responsible for heavy calendar management, schedules and reschedules of travel. This also includes monitoring emails and actioning urgent items to ensure they are seen and addressed in a timely fashion
- Serve as a liaison between manager and bank personnel, responding to questions and issues on departmental matters.
- Prepare and arrange business presentations, management letters, and other communications to include agendas, meeting minutes
- Creates non-routine correspondence and communications on behalf of manager
- Responsible for booking and monitoring travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transfers, etc.)
- Tracks and processes expense reports in a timely manner. Prepare disbursements and billings for approval. Maintains financial expense records
- Supervision of the front desk receptionist for the 18th floor and their work
- Point of contact to plan and execute event planning needs for the division. This is inclusive of Town Hall meetings, engagement events and all other events for Corporate Services
- Assists with updating the Insider and CommunityOne page for the division
- Acts a representative for Corporate Services at The Pecht's Together WNY meetings and provides updates on what is happening in the division
- Partner with the Corporate Services senior leadership team to provide support and attend meetings as needed
- Perform high level administrative / project assignments, relieving management of many day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of department
- Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand
- Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable
- Complete other related duties as assigned
- This role is on-site, 5 days a week, at 1 M&T Plaza Buffalo, NY
Education and Experience Required:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Associate's degree or equivalent in experience     Â
- 4 years progressive secretarial/administrative support experience for senior leaders
- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)

M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $18.57 – $30.95 Hourly (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
