Summary: 

 

Supports the HR, HR Center of Excellence, and HRIS teams by analyzing business needs with respect to HR business processes and technology, recommending and implementing solutions, leading and participating in project work as needed in order to assist the team in meeting crucial business-linked goals. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Provides technical consultation to all segments of the business relative to global HR Data and Technology (i.e. Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Staffing, Performance, Finance, Operations, etc.) 

  • Participates and manages global HR and HRIS teams through reporting, data analysis, and process design 

  • Works closely with application support and development teams to ensure HRIS system is performing to requirements. Documents and oversees the implementation of any changes 

  • Facilitates the HRIS change management process by developing and maintaining communications with stakeholders and ensuring quality control during the implementation life cycle 

  • Ensures system documentation is up to date and accurate 

  • Develops training materials and trains HR and business stakeholders as necessary 

  • Establish and maintains relationships with third party vendors to support effective collaboration 

  • Facilitates user acceptance testing with HR teams and performs testing were applicable 

  • Supports team in completing special projects as required 

  • Performs additional duties as directed 

 

Education & Experience: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required 

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience (HRIS, HR IT experience) 

  • Prior experience with global HRIS ERP or Cloud implementations required 

  • Or any combination of education and experience to meet the above requirements 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

 

  • Advanced knowledge of Workday 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability 

  • Strong skillset in MS Office Suite  

  • High comfort level with new systems and technology 

  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and establish priorities; stay organized and exercise flexibility when working on multiple projects 

  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels of the company, cross-functional teams multiple departments on a daily basis 

  • Ability to work as a team player with strong team collaboration 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
